We offer you various services that will give your pet the best treatments. No need to worry, we have your pets taken care of.
If you’re leaving town for a few days or a few weeks you can customize a stay that will be perfect for your pet. Our Charlotte pet boarding location is staffed with trained professionals who offer individual attention in a safe and spacious environment. We are happy to accommodate special instructions to make your pet feel right at home. Extra playtime and treats are also available to deliver the ideal experience for your pet.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. At Pet Palace Charlotte, you have the option to enhance your pet’s stay. Pay for what you want; don’t pay for what you don’t need.
*A $25 deposit is required at the time of your reservation, which will be deducted from your bill at the time of check out. Reservations canceled prior to five days before your scheduled visit will receive a full refund of the deposit.
