Our pet boarding resort in the south part of Charlotte is located just outside of Montclaire South. We’re close to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, making it a great spot for travelers. We’re also 15 minutes from downtown with easy access to I-77 and I-485 –perfect for commuters and residents living in the south part of Charlotte.
In addition to Charlotte, we also provide pet boarding, grooming, and daycare to the following suburbs:

We always provide individual attention from trained professionals and a safe and spacious environment. If your dog or cat requires special accommodations or extra playtime and treats we’re happy to provide the ideal experience.

At Pet Palace, You Customize Your Pet’s Stay.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. At Pet Palace South Charlotte, you have the option to enhance your pet’s stay. Pay for what you want, don’t pay for what you don’t need.
*A $25 deposit is required at the time of your reservation, which will be deducted from your bill at the time of check out. Reservations canceled prior to five days before your scheduled visit will receive a full refund of the deposit.

FAQs
Do you have a Frequent Visitors Program?
We sure do! As a thank you to our loyal customers, we offer a FREE night of boarding after 14 nights of staying with us. You will also receive the 13th day of daycare FREE and your 7th groom will be 1/2 OFF! Ask about signing up at your next reservation.
Is there a vet on site?
We believe that no health care professional knows your dog/cat better than your own vet. If medical attention is required, we will transport your pet to your personal vet with your approval.
What vaccinations does my pet need?
Pets require the following vaccines: Dogs: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, CIV (H3N2 & H3N8); Cats: FVRCP, Rabies
Do you offer webcams?
Yes, we have webcams available for specific suites as an "al a carte" option to add to your reservation. Please note that not all suites have webcams available, so please contact your preferred Pet Palace location for availability.
What activities does Pet Palace offer to keep my dog active and engaged?
At Pet Palace, your pet will be engaged during their stay with playful days and peaceful nights. All of our accommodations include 3 outdoor bathroom breaks in our spacious and secure areas. We understand that all pets are different, which is why we offer an “a la carte” activity menu. If your pet needs additional time to be active, or more mental stimulation, you are welcome to add one on one playtime, playgroups, or treats and puzzles to his/her stay.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to customize your pet's stay. We recommend that you bring your pet’s food in pre-measured and pre-marked baggies. We also provide Iams and Eukanuba dry food at our locations.

Our Charlotte South, NC location is conveniently located just outside of Montclaire South surrounded by various restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. When you’re ready to take a short trip or a long vacation, Pet Palace is here to provide everything that your dog or cat needs with our overnight and daycare stays.
And not only do we supply a wide variety of services at this location, but we’re also located very close to the airport, making for easy drop off and pick up of your furry friend.
But if you’re staying home rather than taking a trip, one of the great highlights of our Nations Ford location is the daycare services we offer. They will let you get out for the day and enjoy the many benefits that Montclaire South has to offer including breweries, comedy clubs, restaurants, bars, and more!
